Gosh this thread has sparked some heated debate. I respect all of the views expressed and it has really made me think in a deeper way about the language used to describe RA and about how unique our individual experiences of the disease are. Those of you who have followed this thread might be interested in the other thread 'identity crisis for RA' as there are related issues.
